Behind Shax is an independent family run partnership serving up the highest quality American-style smash burgers, loaded fries, wings, shakes and sundaes in our cool, fast-casual, urban-modern eatery.

Our motto has very much been to “do the simple things right” and after exploring the UK and international food scene for the last few years, witnessing the rise of  ‘premium fast food’ and the growing trend of diners wanting to know where their food has come from, the welfare of the produce and how it is prepared, we decided to launch Shax Burger - which puts simple, premium quality and fresh home-grown ingredients at the foundation of the business.
